In these tough economic times we recognize the outsourcing project scheduling is often not in the budget. BASELINE also realize many projects may not be large enough to afford a scheduling consultant, but maintaining your project schedule is still a vital day to day activity for every contractor. BASELINE will be responsible for meeting with the project team, developing the Overall Project Schedule. Then at a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly intervals the consultants will discuss progress, by phone or electronically, with predetermined team members and update the Overall Project Schedule. This service still offers a great avenue for documenting progress for the general contractor and owner and coordination of subcontractors. It also gives our clients more flexibility in meeting dates and times. The same consultant stays involved throughout the project and in the event that the client needs more participation by Baseline, our consultant will already have good knowledge of the project details, as well as schedule history.
